Site office on a civil construction project with drawings on the wall

Construction and infrastructure

Construction workflow automation, site to head office

AI and workflow automation for builders and infrastructure contractors, taking the compliance, quality and claims paperwork off your project teams.

Where your project hours go

  • Subcontractor compliance

Insurances, SWMS and inductions checked by hand before anyone starts on site.

  • ITPs and defects

Inspection records and defect lists rekeyed between site apps, Aconex and spreadsheets.

  • Progress claims

Claims assembled from several systems against Security of Payment deadlines.

  • Every project does it differently

Each site team keeps its own registers, so head office cannot compare.

  • Reporting takes days

Cost, carbon and safety numbers pulled together by hand across entities for the board.

What we deliver

  1. Find

We map one process with your project and commercial teams, then agree a fixed fee.

  2. Build

AI reads the documents and does the first pass. Your people approve.

  3. Prove

Your team checks its output against their own work on live projects. Nothing is posted to Procore, Aconex or the ERP until a person signs it off.

  4. Run

We support it, or hand it to your IT team with the code and documentation.

Systems we work with

We connect to the platforms you already run. You keep your licences and your data.

Proof: Tier 1 carbon reporting

We have delivered carbon reporting automation in Power BI for a Tier 1 infrastructure contractor. We also built Carbonly.ai, our own ESG and NGER automation product, so we know where emissions data breaks.

Questions

Can AI read site diaries and progress claims?

Yes. AI can read site diaries, daily reports and subcontractor progress claims, pull out quantities, dates and variations, and check claimed amounts against the contract schedule for a contract administrator to approve. Accuracy is highest when diaries follow one template across projects.

Can AI turn defect reports into quotes or variations?

Yes. AI reads defect lists and inspection photos, matches each item to your schedule of rates and drafts a quote or variation for an estimator to check. The estimator keeps pricing authority, and the retyping between the defect register and the quote disappears.

How do you automate subcontractor compliance checks?

AI reads each subcontractor's certificates of currency, SWMS, licences and induction records, flags gaps and expiry dates, and drafts the chase-up email. A project administrator clears the subcontractor to start on site, and the register updates in your project system.

Can AI track Security of Payment deadlines on payment claims?

Yes. AI can log each payment claim, calculate the response date under your state's Security of Payment legislation, alert the commercial team before it falls due and draft the payment schedule for review. Timeframes differ between Queensland, NSW and Victoria, so rules are set per state.

Does AI work with Procore, Aconex or Jobpac?

Yes. AI connects through the APIs and exports that Procore, Aconex, Jobpac, Viewpoint and TechnologyOne already provide, so information is entered once and flows from site to head office. Project teams keep the tools they know.

Is it safe to put tender pricing and drawings into an AI tool?

It is when the AI runs inside systems you control. For construction clients we deploy on your own cloud or servers in Australia or New Zealand, so tender rates, drawings and subcontractor records stay behind your access controls and never train a public model.
