What is Solve8?

Solve8 is an AI advisory and delivery firm that covers the whole path from deciding what to automate to supporting it after go-live. Alongside client work in strategy, private AI, integration, data and BI, automation and custom software, we build and run our own products, Carbonly.ai and RootCauseAI.

What should an AI advisory engagement deliver for leadership?

AI advisory services help leadership decide where AI fits, what it is worth and how to govern it. Expect an opportunity review, a ranked roadmap, a business case your CFO can test, privacy and risk checks, and vendor-neutral advice on tools, ideally from a firm that can also deliver the plan.

What experience should an AI consultant have for mining, energy or industrial work?

Look for hands-on experience with plant and operational data, historians, enterprise integration and the security reviews large operators run. Our consultants bring this from career engagements at BHP, Rio Tinto, Senex Energy and Schneider Electric. Those were roles across our careers, not Solve8 client projects.

What happens if our AI consultancy stops supporting the system?

Nothing should break if you own the code, the documentation and the admin access. We deliver into your repository and infrastructure, train your team at handover and keep support optional, so you can run the system yourself or move it to another provider.
