Team mapping a process on a boardroom wall

Services

AI and technology services, one accountable team

AI leads. We also deliver the integration, data and software it depends on, and support it after go-live.

Every service follows the same phases

  1. Discover

Map and measure. Go or stop.

  2. Prove

Runs alongside your team before go-live.

  3. Build

    On your infrastructure. People approve.

  4. Run

You own it. We support if you want us to.

Runs on your infrastructure

AI does the first pass. Your team approves. Your data never leaves your environment.

Questions

What is the difference between AI strategy, custom AI and process automation?

AI strategy decides what to tackle first and builds the business case. Custom AI development builds AI for a step that needs reading or judgement, such as coding invoices. Process automation removes repetitive handoffs between systems, using rules and AI together. Many organisations start with strategy or one automation.

Which AI service should we start with?

Start with AI strategy if several teams are competing for attention or the board wants a plan. If one costly process already has an owner, start with a single automation. Either way, the first call is about the bottleneck, and we recommend the smallest phase that proves value.

When should a business not use AI?

Skip AI when a process is rare, changes constantly, or a simple rule, report or integration would fix it more cheaply. Discovery tests for this before any build, and we recommend the non-AI fix, such as connecting two systems or cleaning up a report, when that is the better answer.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe the problem and we will tell you where to start.
