Questions
Why do you not publish prices?
Because the effort depends on your systems, sites and data, a published price would be a guess. We scope the first phase in writing, with a fixed fee, before any work starts, so you know the cost of each step before approving it.
What happens in an AI discovery phase?
Discovery maps one process at one site, measures how long it takes and how often it goes wrong, and checks a sample of the documents and systems involved. It ends with a written recommendation, the next phase scoped and priced, and a go or stop decision.
What if we stop after the first phase?
You keep everything delivered so far, including the process map, the measured baseline and the recommendations, and you are free to act on them with your own team or another provider. Nothing in the engagement locks you in.
