Questions
How are AI, integration and software projects priced?
Each phase is priced as a fixed fee, agreed in writing after a discovery session and before work starts. Cost is driven mainly by how many systems are involved, the state of your data, the hosting model, your security requirements and how many sites are in scope.
How long does an AI implementation take?
Timelines depend mainly on data readiness, the number of systems involved and how quickly your team can review results. Discovery is deliberately short, a working version then runs on live work before go-live, and we confirm the full timeline in writing once we have seen the process.
Where is our data stored when we use AI?
Your data is stored and processed on your own infrastructure in Australia or New Zealand, in your cloud or on your own servers. No model is trained on it, and nothing is sent outside your environment without your written approval.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. Your internal IT team or managed service provider keeps the helpdesk and day-to-day support, and we handle the AI, integration, data and build work. Your provider stays involved in access and security decisions, so nothing is set up behind their back.
What should we look for in an AI consultant for a multi-site organisation?
Choose a consultant who has integrated mixed systems across several sites or entities, proves results on your data before you commit, answers clearly on where data is processed, hands over the code, and puts the same senior people on delivery that you met at the pitch.
What services sit around an AI project?
Most AI projects also need system integration, clean data and reporting, process automation, sometimes custom software, and support after go-live. One team covers all of it here: AI strategy and build, integration, data and Power BI, automation, custom software, managed AI services and team augmentation.
What is the difference between IT consulting and managed services?
IT consulting is project work with a defined end, such as designing a data platform or connecting two systems. Managed services are ongoing: a provider runs, monitors and supports systems under an agreement. We deliver projects and optional managed AI support, and leave helpdesk and device support to your IT provider.
Does AI make decisions without a person checking?
No. AI does the first pass, such as reading, sorting or drafting, and a named person on your team signs off before the result goes to a customer or into your records. Every action and approval is logged, so you can show an auditor who approved what.
