Questions

What should we send before a first call with an AI consultant?

A few lines on the process you want fixed, the systems it touches, roughly how many people or sites are involved and what you have already tried. Sample documents and screenshots can wait until the call, once you know the conversation is worth having.

What happens in the free 30-minute review?

A senior consultant walks through your process with you and tells you plainly whether AI, automation or integration is the right fix. If it is, you receive a written first phase with a fixed scope and fee, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Can we meet your consultants in person?

Yes. Discovery sessions and workshops are run at your premises anywhere in Australia or New Zealand when being in the room helps. The rest of the engagement is handled by video and inside your systems, so travel only happens when it adds value.

Will you sign an NDA before we share documents?

Yes. We are happy to work under your NDA, or ours, before you share sample documents, system details or process data. Most of our client work is already covered by one, so it does not slow anything down.
