Managed AI services
Managed AI services that keep AI accurate
Managed AI services keep the AI your organisation runs accurate after go-live, monitoring drift and adding new uses as your processes change.
What happens after go-live
Accuracy drifts
New suppliers and formats the model has never seen.
No one owns it
The project team moved on, and if one person leaves nobody knows how it works.
Running costs creep
Usage grows without anyone watching.
A backlog of ideas
Teams want more, and nobody has time to build it.

Questions
What do AI managed services cover?
AI managed services cover accuracy monitoring against the threshold you set, re-testing and tuning when documents, suppliers or processes change, running-cost reports, a named contact when something breaks, and new use cases as you grow.
Do we need managed services after an AI project goes live?
Not necessarily. Managed services are optional, and your team receives documentation, runbooks and training at handover either way. They suit organisations without in-house AI skills, or where documents and suppliers change often enough that accuracy needs regular attention.
Can you support AI built by someone else?
Yes. Solve8 takes it on after a short review of how it was built, how accuracy is measured today and who has access. Any gaps, such as missing monitoring or documentation, are fixed first.
How are managed AI services priced?
Managed AI services are priced as a fixed scope and fee, agreed in writing. The fee reflects how many systems and processes are covered, the volumes involved, the response times you need and how often new use cases are added.
Can managed AI services be delivered remotely?
Yes. Monitoring, tuning and most fixes happen remotely inside your environment under the access you grant, which is how we support organisations in Sydney, Melbourne and across Australia and New Zealand. Site visits are arranged for reviews and larger changes.
