Do you have open roles right now?
No fixed vacancies are listed. We add people as projects are confirmed, and expressions of interest are how we find them, so send yours even when nothing is advertised and we will contact you when the work matches.
Do I need to live in Brisbane to work at Solve8?
No. Most engineering work is done remotely from anywhere in Australia, with travel to client sites for workshops, discovery sessions and go-live periods when being in the room matters.
What experience do you look for in AI engineers?
We look for engineers who have shipped AI, data or integration work into production and supported it afterwards. Experience with document AI, search, ERP or finance integration, Power BI, and designs that pass an enterprise security review all count strongly.
